Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to achieve organizational data goals.
- Design, implement, and maintain information systems that support core business processes.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions to optimize workflows.
- Manage database performance and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and performance dashboards for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in information systems or data management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams or projects.
- Proficiency in SQL, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of data security best practices and IT infrastructure management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
