Responsibility

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard influencers and creators who align with brand values and campaign objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships with influencers.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, and PR) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging influencer marketing tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Create compelling briefs and content guidelines for influencers to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or partnerships management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, or similar) is a plus.
