Responsibility
- Partnership Development: Identify, vet, and onboard high-potential influencers, affiliates, and content creators aligned with brand values and target audiences.
- Campaign Strategy: Design and execute end-to-end influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns, including briefs, timelines, and KPIs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and performance goals.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and affiliate platforms.
- Content Collaboration: Coordinate with creators to develop authentic, high-impact content (social media, blogs, videos) that resonates with audiences.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract discussions, commission structures, and incentive programs to drive mutual value.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and digital consumer behavior.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and campaign integration.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or digital partnerships (agency or in-house).
- Networking Skills: Existing relationships with influencers, affiliates, or creator networks in Southeast Asia (a plus).
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) and ability to derive actionable insights.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent English (written and verbal) with persuasive negotiation and storytelling abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate), and social media management software.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt strategies based on performance data and market shifts.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bali-Based: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (remote work with occasional in-person meetings).
