Responsibility
- Assist Industrial Engineers in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting production data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new manufacturing layouts, tooling, or equipment configurations.
- Prepare detailed reports, charts, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to production efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Assist in the training of operators and staff on new processes, tools, or safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial engineering environment (fresh graduates with strong academic projects are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, AutoCAD, or ERP systems).
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with engineers, operators, and management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and process documentation.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment in Denpasar, Bali.
