Responsibility
- Diagnose malfunctioning electrical systems, apparatus, and components using advanced test equipment and hand tools.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Install, repair, and upgrade electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in compliance with industry standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to local and international safety codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement system improvements and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid electrical license or certification (preferred).
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and best practices.
