Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive in-house marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand identity.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Create and oversee content production, including blogs, videos, and social media posts, ensuring brand consistency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, engagement metrics, lead generation) using analytics tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to amplify brand reach.
- Oversee budget allocation and ensure cost-effective marketing spend with high ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on in-house or brand management.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO platforms, etc.).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market (preferred but not required).
