Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for all restaurant locations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, benefits, and tax compliance.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to managers and staff to drive productivity and engagement.
- Monitor workforce planning and staffing needs, collaborating with department heads to optimize team structures.
- Maintain HR records, databases, and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal). Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
