Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and ensure workplace safety.
- Coordinate and facilitate HSEQ training programs for employees to promote awareness and compliance.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Monitor environmental performance and ensure adherence to sustainability goals and waste management protocols.
- Collaborate with management to integrate HSEQ objectives into business operations and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for HSEQ metrics and regulatory submissions.
- Support the implementation of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSEQ administration, preferably in a similar industry.
- Certification in HSEQ (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSEQ regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSEQ management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
