We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Staff to join our team in Lamongan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our workplace safety operations, ensuring that our manufacturing and logistics facilities adhere to the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental compliance. You will play a critical role in mitigating operational risks, maintaining regulatory alignment, and fostering a culture of safety among our workforce.

Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE programs to reduce workplace hazards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policy.
- Prepare comprehensive safety reports and maintain accurate documentation of HSE activities.
- Facilitate safety induction training for new employees and conduct regular toolbox meetings.
- Monitor environmental performance, including waste management and pollution control measures.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist in incident investigations and corrective action planning.
- Ensure that all personal protective equipment (PPE) is properly maintained and utilized by staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HSE role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Possession of a valid K3 certification (K3 Umum or related) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian OHS regulations and environmental laws.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence staff at all levels to adhere to safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data management.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
