Responsibility
- Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS platform to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and management teams to identify system needs and implement enhancements.
- Develop and generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user inquiries, and provide training to HR staff on HRIS functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies through secure system management.
- Lead or assist in HRIS upgrades, integrations, and migrations, including testing and validation.
- Automate manual HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Monitor system performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an HRIS Analyst, HR Systems Administrator, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, data security, and GDPR (or local equivalents) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
