As part of our Campus Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end internship and graduate recruitment programs, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating campus events and tracking recruitment metrics. Youâll collaborate with hiring managers, university career centers, and student organizations to create impactful recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end campus recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for internship and graduate programs.
- Coordinate and execute campus recruitment events, such as career fairs, workshops, and networking sessions, both virtually and in-person.
- Collaborate with university career centers, student organizations, and faculty to build strong relationships and promote Elitez Groupâs employer brand.
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of candidate pipelines and hiring metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract top talent, including social media campaigns and content creation.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and onboarding new hires.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in campus recruitment.
- Support hiring managers in assessing candidate fit and making data-driven hiring decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or campus recruitment (internships or part-time roles are acceptable).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and university stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment tracking systems (e.g., ATS, Excel spreadsheets).
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and content creation is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a strong advantage.
- Passion for HR, talent acquisition, and working with young professionals.
