Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will work closely with leadership to drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining a positive workplace culture while aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and corporate policies.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Mandarin-speaking and local talent.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a productive and harmonious workplace.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness across the organization.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, facilitating clear communication and addressing concerns in both English and Mandarin.
- Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and ensure data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in an HR managerial role, preferably in a multinational or multicultural environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the hospitality, manufacturing, or retail industry is an advantage.
