Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination with finance teams.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting systems for workforce analytics.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
