Responsibility
- Manage and update employee records, contracts, and personnel mutations with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate logistics support for non-inventory materials, ensuring timely procurement and distribution.
- Oversee petty cash transactions, including disbursements, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the HR team.
- Prepare and maintain administrative documentation, including reports, memos, and compliance files.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
- Monitor and track inventory of office supplies and non-inventory materials, placing orders as needed.
- Support recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, logistics support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HRIS or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and financial management.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
