Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and compliance.
- Assist in payroll processing by verifying timesheets and ensuring timely submissions.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general administrative support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve workplace culture and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administration, or Business Studies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
