Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and reports.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
