Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and access coordination.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, and office logistics for staff and management.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and HR-related announcements.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, leave records, and other relevant data.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, receptionist duties, or a similar role, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS or office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
- Prior experience in payroll support, employee records management, or event coordination is a plus.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
