Responsibility
- Manage and process monthly payroll for local and foreign employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee attendance tracking and leave management using HR systems.
- Handle foreign worker documentation, including work permits, visas, and FOMEMA medical examinations.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Coordinate with government agencies and external partners for HR-related submissions.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Support general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and supply management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and foreign worker regulations (e.g., KITAS, FOMEMA).
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is advantageous.
