Responsibility

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for local and foreign employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee attendance tracking and leave management using HR systems.
  • Handle foreign worker documentation, including work permits, visas, and FOMEMA medical examinations.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and external partners for HR-related submissions.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Support general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and supply management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and foreign worker regulations (e.g., KITAS, FOMEMA).
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is advantageous.
