Responsibility
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including document processing and record-keeping.
- Assist with work pass administration and compliance for expatriate employees.
- Coordinate vendor and facilities management to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and generate reports as needed.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or office support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and work pass regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if not already based there).
