Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying timekeeping records and assisting with documentation.
  • Coordinate office activities, including managing supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
  • Ensure a positive and productive work environment by coordinating office events and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws is a plus.
