Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timekeeping records and assisting with documentation.
- Coordinate office activities, including managing supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment by coordinating office events and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws is a plus.
