Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee records, onboarding, and offboarding procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and vendor communications.
- Prepare financial reports, expense tracking, and budget assistance for management review.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as contracts, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in maintaining office administrative systems and improving operational efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc HR and accounting tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and basic accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.
