Responsibility
- Assist in processing monthly payroll and ensuring accurate, timely payments to employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, attendance, and personal details.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Prepare and reconcile basic accounting entries, invoices, and expense reports.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR and payroll matters.
- Coordinate with external vendors, banks, and government agencies as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, accounting, or a similar administrative role (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
