Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure all areas meet RSYC’s luxury standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to verify cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Front Desk, Maintenance) to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Implement and monitor hygiene and sanitation protocols in compliance with industry and club standards.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including occupancy rates, staff productivity, and budget adherence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or management, preferably in a luxury hospitality, marina, or club setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as best practices in housekeeping operations.
- Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
