Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase hotel visibility and bookings.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, email, and paid advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional packages and partnerships with travel agencies, OTAs, and tour operators.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to refine marketing approaches.
- Create engaging content (e.g., blogs, videos, social media posts) to showcase the hotelâs unique offerings and experiences.
- Organize and execute on-site and off-site events, including familiarization trips, press visits, and trade shows.
- Track KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, and occupancy rates, and present reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and booking engines is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events or market research.
