Responsibility
- Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring adherence to luxury service standards and brand guidelines.
- Lead, train, and mentor a multicultural team of hospitality staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design promotional packages and partnerships that drive occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health/safety protocols, and sustainability practices.
- Resolve guest complaints and escalations with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for service recovery.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel/resort management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction in high-end hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s tourism market, cultural nuances, and luxury traveler expectations.
- Certifications in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, CHM) or sustainability practices are advantageous.
