Aeon Delight Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Cleaning Team Leader to join our team in Bali. In this critical role, you will oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of all hospital areas, including high-risk zones such as ICU and operating rooms, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and infection control protocols.

Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure all hospital areas (general, high-risk, and patient zones) meet hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, assigning tasks to team members based on priority and workload.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, infection control policies, and healthcare regulations (e.g., WHO, Kemenkes).
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas, including ICU, operating rooms, and patient wards, to verify quality and address deficiencies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices in hospital sanitation.
- Coordinate with hospital management to address cleaning-related concerns and adjust protocols as needed.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and proper usage.
- Document and report cleaning activities, incidents, and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility cleaning, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hospital hygiene standards, infection control, and SOP compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments (e.g., emergency rooms, ICUs).
- Basic understanding of chemical safety and proper use of disinfectants in healthcare settings.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform hands-on cleaning tasks when necessary.
