Responsibility

  • Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently using healthcare management systems.
  • Coordinate with medical staff, patients, and insurance providers to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Verify patient information, insurance details, and medical records to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize urgent patient requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare procedures, insurance policies, and compliance regulations.
  • Document all interactions and updates in the patient management system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare BPO, medical scheduling, or customer service roles.
  • Strong familiarity with healthcare terminology, insurance processes, and appointment scheduling systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and healthcare management tools.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related fields is a plus.
