Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires in healthcare BPO processes, including customer service, claims processing, and medical coding.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and simulations to ensure employees master job-specific skills and tools.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations, feedback sessions, and practical exercises, providing constructive guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training gaps and update materials to reflect process changes or industry best practices.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness, including retention rates, performance metrics, and employee feedback.
- Act as a mentor and resource for employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and BPO industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating with HR and department heads to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training, coaching, or mentoring in a BPO, healthcare, or customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes, such as medical billing, claims processing, or patient support services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using training tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office, and virtual training platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
