Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare clients, including patients, providers, and insurance representatives.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and general healthcare inquiries.
- Document interactions and updates in the company’s CRM system with attention to detail.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Adhere to healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA regulations, to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance metrics and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
