Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact with DOLE-BWC, DOH, BFP, PNP, AFP, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies in alignment with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead emergency response planning, including fire safety, medical emergencies, and security incidents.
- Organize and facilitate HSE training programs for employees to promote awareness and best practices.
- Investigate and document incidents, near-misses, and accidents, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Oversee security protocols, including access control, surveillance, and crisis management.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation to government agencies in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE, security management, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Certifications in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health), First Aid, Fire Safety, or Security Management are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and industry safety standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HSE software, and incident reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field inspections as needed.
