Responsibility
- Develop, optimize, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing processes to improve yield, efficiency, and product quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation for process deviations.
- Design and execute experiments (DOE) to validate process improvements and new technologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational excellence.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Prepare and present technical reports, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all process activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition, CMP).
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), DOE, and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing process improvements.
- Familiarity with ISO, IATF, or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
