Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
- Lead and mentor a team of trade marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of trade marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Design and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and in-store activations to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a leadership role, managing teams and driving successful trade marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for innovation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
