Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and long-term business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure peak performance and continuous professional development.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and high-value client relationships within the Bali region.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Manage the sales department budget and provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand messaging and product launches.
  • Implement and optimize CRM systems to track sales activities and improve customer engagement metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
