Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies for technology and operational domains.
- Lead risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation measures.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to integrate risk management into daily processes.
- Monitor emerging risks, including cybersecurity threats, and propose proactive solutions.
- Oversee incident response and crisis management protocols for technology-related risks.
- Drive a culture of risk awareness through training, workshops, and communication initiatives.
- Report risk exposure and mitigation progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a technology-focused role.
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity, operational risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex risk scenarios.
- Familiarity with financial services regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate risk insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications such as CRISC, CISM, or FRM are highly desirable.
