We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Operations to oversee and optimize the end-to-end operational workflows for FlowerStore.ph and Potico, ensuring seamless execution, scalability, and exceptional customer experiences.
In this strategic role, you will lead cross-functional teams to streamline logistics, inventory management, supplier relations, and last-mile delivery while driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibility
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and supply chain management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve turnaround times.
- Supplier & Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and third-party vendors to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet brand standards and customer expectations through rigorous quality control processes.
- Budget & Cost Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, forecast expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Technology & Automation: Leverage technology (e.g., ERP, WMS) to automate processes, improve tracking, and enhance decision-making.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies while mitigating operational risks.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in operations management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Leadership Skills: Strong people management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with floral, lifestyle, or perishable goods industries is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with inventory management systems, ERP software, and e-commerce platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
