Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end order processing, from confirmation to fulfillment, across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Marketplace.
- Monitor and update product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Provide timely and professional customer support, addressing inquiries, complaints, and returns via chat, email, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to optimize promotions, shipping, and delivery processes.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to e-commerce platforms and integrations.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or customer support.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data entry and reporting.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with CRM tools or helpdesk software is a plus.
