Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue, market share, and brand equity in Bali and key growth markets.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and experiential) to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and alignment with company values.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and optimize ROI.
- Manage budget allocation and performance tracking for all marketing initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and measurable impact.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, partnerships, and media engagements to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in Southeast Asia).
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives in B2B or B2C sectors.
- Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing) and traditional channels.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in brand development, market expansion, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus); ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
