Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end local procurement process for various product categories.
  • Develop and implement local sourcing strategies to ensure supply security and cost-efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with key local suppliers and service providers to ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards.
  • Analyze procurement data and market trends to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional departments, including logistics, operations, and quality control, to ensure seamless workflows.
  • Monitor and enforce procurement policies and compliance protocols across the Lampung operations.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance operational throughput and procurement agility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or category management, preferably within the manufacturing or agribusiness industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement life cycles and vendor management.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to be based in Lampung and travel as required by operational needs.
