Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the CEO and board of directors.
- Oversee tax planning, audits, and regulatory compliance to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
- Monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external stakeholders to secure funding and partnerships.
- Ensure robust internal controls and financial policies are in place to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Experience in a multinational or fast-growing company is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
