Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with Yayasan Jejak Pulang's mission and conservation goals.
- Lead and manage all aspects of public relations, media outreach, and stakeholder engagement to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including press releases, website copy, social media updates, and multimedia materials, for diverse audiences.
- Manage digital communication channels, including the organization's website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Provide strategic advice and support to internal teams on communication best practices and crisis management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international media, partners, and communities.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and communication campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and lead a small communications team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Environmental Studies, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in communications, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or senior management role, preferably within the non-profit, conservation, or environmental sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic communications, media relations, digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to develop and execute impactful communication campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
- Experience in crisis communications and issues management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team.
- Deep passion for wildlife conservation and animal welfare, coupled with an understanding of relevant environmental issues in Indonesia.
