Responsibility

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers across digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, etc.).
  • Lead performance marketing campaigns, optimizing ROI through A/B testing, attribution modeling, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to produce high-converting assets and messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in digital marketing, including AI-driven personalization and automation.
  • Manage relationships with external partners (agencies, platforms, influencers) to amplify campaign reach and efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to refine audience segmentation and localize strategies for APAC markets.
  • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a global agency or high-growth startup.
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and revenue growth through paid and organic channels.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to align stakeholders around data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
