Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers across digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, etc.).
- Lead performance marketing campaigns, optimizing ROI through A/B testing, attribution modeling, and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to produce high-converting assets and messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in digital marketing, including AI-driven personalization and automation.
- Manage relationships with external partners (agencies, platforms, influencers) to amplify campaign reach and efficiency.
- Conduct market research to refine audience segmentation and localize strategies for APAC markets.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a global agency or high-growth startup.
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and revenue growth through paid and organic channels.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to align stakeholders around data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
