Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Supervise group finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Experience in managing audits and implementing internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
