Responsibility
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in device financing solutions.
- Support the team in data collection, processing, and generating reports related to financing performance and customer portfolios.
- Learn and assist with credit assessment processes for new financing applications.
- Help in documenting and streamlining operational procedures for device financing programs.
- Provide support in managing existing financing accounts, including payment tracking and reconciliation.
- Assist with customer inquiries related to financing plans, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to support various initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for data interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
