Responsibility
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and present consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Coordinate with regional finance teams to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and reviews.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial consolidation, reporting, or group accounting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial compliance standards.
- Proven experience with financial consolidation tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a multinational or regional finance role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
