Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, including social media posts, banners, infographics, and digital ads aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns for product launches and promotions.
- Edit and enhance visual assets (photos, videos) using industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Monitor social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and provide insights for optimization.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and email templates.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media algorithms, and healthcare/aesthetic industry developments.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent visual identity across all digital and print materials.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools (Canva, Figma).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and social media content (include link in application).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content strategy.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail, color, and typography.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Passion for healthcare, aesthetics, or medical technology is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
