Responsibility
- Develop and design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital assets, that align with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create visually compelling graphics for promotional events, corporate communications, and internal presentations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and digital agencies, to ensure seamless production of materials.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Assist in maintaining an organized digital asset library for easy access and retrieval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, preferably within the hospitality, luxury, or marketing sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design projects with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for digital assets is a plus.
