Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily operations of government social assistance programs.
- Process and verify applications for social aid, ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on program performance and outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to beneficiaries, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social assistance, government operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate approach.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
- Familiarity with government social programs and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
