Responsibility
- Process and verify applications for government social assistance programs, ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations, to facilitate program implementation.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of beneficiaries, payments, and program activities.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to applicants and beneficiaries regarding program requirements and status updates.
- Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Assist in the development and distribution of informational materials to raise awareness about available social services.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to social assistance claims in a timely and professional manner.
- Support administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and data entry, to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within government, social services, or nonprofit sectors.
- Strong knowledge of social assistance programs, policies, and regulatory frameworks (familiarity with Indonesian systems is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
