Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute government-sponsored exhibitions, programmes, and community engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance public participation and awareness.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Manage event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.
- Create compelling marketing materials and communications to promote programmes across multiple channels.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of engagement activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on programme outcomes, participant feedback, and budget utilization.
- Support the development of digital engagement strategies, including social media campaigns and online community building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, community engagement, or government programmes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic graphic design software.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, reporting, and performance evaluation.
- Flexibility to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
