Responsibility
- Develop and implement corporate communications strategies aligned with government objectives.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including media relations, public inquiries, and inter-agency coordination.
- Draft and edit press releases, speeches, reports, and other official communications materials.
- Coordinate and execute public relations campaigns, events, and digital outreach initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze public sentiment, providing insights to inform communications strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare briefings and presentations for senior leadership and government officials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or government affairs.
- Proven track record in developing and executing communications strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with government agencies or in a regulated environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
